CODE X SERVIÇOS DE INFORMÁTICA LTDA is a software company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 38.541.384/0001-22. We build production software and AI-powered features for companies that want experienced engineering they can talk to directly.

The company was founded and is led by Rui Anderson Alves dos Santos, who has spent more than ten years building and operating production software — web platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure and identity systems across Ruby on Rails, .NET, Go and TypeScript, deployed on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Today that work runs through an AI-assisted process: models and agents do much of the drafting, inside a harness of types, tests and evaluations that a senior engineer designs and owns.

Staying small is deliberate, and it has become more effective rather than less. The bottleneck in software has moved from how fast code can be written to how well it can be judged, verified and fitted into a system that already exists. One experienced engineer with a well-built harness now covers ground that recently needed a team — which is why we take on work that would normally be quoted for several people, and why the review standard never moves.
